the urban bakery was born out of my passion for creating authentic american style cupcakes that seem to elude us in the midlands! based in leamington spa i wanted to offer a solution to the cupcake shortage in warwickshire and beyond - it's simply not fair that we should be deprived! the nenu does not stop at cupcakes as this was only the starting point - keep your eyese peeled for new additions!
my inspiration comes from many trips to america over the last decade and sampling their goods on their home turf in all their glory - tough times! i so clearly remember that moment from sex and the city when carrie bradshaw's bite of a cupcake set an avalanche in motion.
