delivery mileage is calculated on a return journey basis. minimum delivery charge of £4
we are able to deliver further afield so please contact us for a delivery quote. you are free to come and collect also
reserving a date
to secure a date for a wedding, event or large function we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost
stand hire
we have a selection of cupcake stands for hire, including wire stands for regular and minis, perspex stands and beautiful vintage cake stands via www.myvintageparty.co.uk, please enquire for pricing. refundable deposit will be paid back on intact return of hired stands. failure to return stands, or return of damaged stands will result in retainment of damage deposit
payments
it is possible to pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash. cheques will require a 7 day clearing period. if orders are placed with less than 7 days notice cash or bank transfers will only be accepted
order notice periods
12- 24 items = 24hr notice (full payment on delivery)
36 - 72 items = 72hr notice (full payment on delivery)
84- 120 items = 1 weeks notice (minimum cancellation time of 72hrs; 50% non-refundable deposit to commence order and remaining balance on delivery)
120 - 180 = 2 week's notice (minimum cancellation time of 1 weeks notice. 50% non-refundable deposit to commence order and remaining balance 21 days prior to delivery date)
cancellation policy
for orders over 180 baked goods we require 2 weeks notice.
for this order type we require full payment on order.
failure to cancel outside of stipulated time frames will require payment in full.
